Shepherds Rest (Westhill)

Situated around half a mile from the village across the busy A944, this pub was built in 2000 but has been extended since then. It has a large, rustic-style interior with plenty of nooks and crannies providing some privacy if preferred. The three Guest ales are generally from Scottish micros and Abbot may occasionally substitute for IPA. Very popular with families and an extensive food menu is available all day. Opens earlier than alcohol serving times for breakfasts. The Premier Inn next door provides the accommodation for travellers.
