2025 Pubs of the Year

Over a dozen members of the branch gathered in the snug at Ma Cameron's on Saturday 16th Feb 2025 to review the results of the voting for pubs to be included in the 2026 Good Beer Guide. This comprises 10 pubs in Aberdeen City, 27 pubs elsewhere in Aberdeenshire, and 8 pubs in the Northern Isles. Unfortunately the names of those pubs are embargoed until the book is published.

However the process also covers nominations for our Branch Pubs of the Year, and it is our pleasure to announce the following winners.

Aberdeen City Pub of the Year 2025: The Grill

Shire Pub of the Year 2025: Craft Bar, Pitmedden

Northern Isles Pub of the Year 2025: Helgi's, Kirkwall

Club of the Year 2025: Ravenswood, Banchory

The Overall Branch Pub of the Year 2025, which will be put forward for national competition is the Craft Bar.
