Rob Hill’s brewery is in a former dairy on Orkney and has both a small and a large brew plant and brews a wide range of multi-award winning real ales, including Champion Beer of Scotland! Most famous beer is possibly Scapa Special, but others include Island Hopping, Orkney Best and Orkney Blast.
