Winter Beer Festival in Local Aberdeen Pubs 2020

After the success of this event in 2019, there is a similar event in selected local pubs in February - provisional dates are tursday 20th to Sunday 24th February. Full details will be posted once pubs and beers have been confirmed. Pubs intended to be included are the Stag, Grill, Globe, Under The Hammer, Krakatoa and the Queen Vic.


The Stag - Burnside Snowed In (7.5%)

The Grill - Windswept Wolf (6%), Stewart's Cauld Reekie Superior Stout (6.2%), Fierce Cranachan Killer (4.5%)

The Globe - Swannay Orkney Blast (6%)

Under The Hammer - Five Points Brickfield Brown (6.2%)

Krakatoa - Windswept Clavie, Swannay Shortest Day, Spey Valley Winter Sunshine plus 2 surprise guests and bottled Windswept Bear Imperial Stout 3 year old (10.5%) restricted supply

The Queen Vic - Fierce Cranachan Killer (4.5%), Burnside Snowed In (7.5%), Spey Valley Spey's Hardware (6.4%). Was hoping to have the Swannay Orkney Porter but unfortunately could not be delivered.

In 2016 the 30th GREAT GRAMPIAN BEER FESTIVAL took place at the Richard Donald Stand, Pittodrie Stadium.
