Licensing Board : responsible for determining applications to sell alcohol.

Trading Standards (Trade Descriptions Act) : e.g. a pub claims to sell Real Ale but doesn’t, or consistently dispenses short measure.

Always try to resolve a complaint with the pub first. If that doesn’t help you can contact your local trading standards office.
