Dry January campaigning 

In January, Alcohol Change will be running it's annual "Dry January" campaign, which encourages a month of abstinence from alcohol. CAMRA promotes responsible drinking and recognises the harmful effects of excessive levels of alcohol consumption. However, we do not believe that ‘challenges' like "Dry January" present a solution to harmful drinking, and they can become a backdrop for those that wish to demonise all alcohol consumption.
