Ravenswood Presentation

Presentation of yet another Club of the Year award to Banchory Legion prior to the branch AGM on 28th March. Beers on the bar during the visit were Orkney Raven and Orkney Northern Light.

Scott Skinner’s (Banchory)

Converted Victorian house with separate restaurant, bar and snug. Very popular watering-hole – the only one in the expanding east end of the village.

Ravenswood Club – Royal British Legion (Banchory)

Large British Legion Club which welcomes CAMRA members and bearers of the Good Beer Guide as guests. A comfortable lounge adjoins the pool and TV room and there is a spacious function room well utilised by local clubs and societies as well as members.

Douglas Arms (Banchory)

The former public bar to the front of this former small hotel remains virtually unchanged for more than 100 years and is a classic Scottish long bar with etched windows and vintage mirrors.
