Wetherspoons Beer Festival runs from Wednesday 6th March to Sun 17th March. In Aberdeen this means the Justice Mill and the Archibald Simpson, with the Muckle Cross in Elgin and Gordon Highlander in Inverurie.

A family run business since 2006, providing a friendly local to the community in Stoneywood, Bucksburn. Darts and Pool. Same owners as Bankhead Inn nearby.

A discerning ale drinker would be disappointed that this keg pub does not live up to it's name. Close to a couple of shopping centres.

Small batch microbrewery in Scalloway, Shetland producing bottle-conditioned ale.

Ye Olde Frigate Bar (Aberdeen)

Traditional drinking bar downstairs and plush lounge up steep stairs. Join the crew of the SS Pauline (one of the joint owners daughters) and shelter here while waiting for family shopping in Marks and Spencer. Once flirted with real ale, but no longer.

Ythanview Hotel (Methlick)

Traditional inn in the village centre and home to the M.C.C. (Methlick Cricket Club) at 'Lairds' nearby. A friendly, sport themed, public bar is at the rear and log fires warm both the public and lounge bar at the front.
