Glen Avon (Tomintoul)

Wood-lined, rustic bar forming part of a small family run hotel in the highest village in the Highlands. Wide range of home cooked food featuring local produce with vegetarian choices available. Two real ales are now available all year round.

Glenaden/Barrel (Ballater)

Situated on the far side of the town square, the small Glenaden Hotel hotel displays a prominent external sign for its Barrel Lounge. Normally serves three beers in busy periods and fewer in winter, usually Scottish, mainly from Windswept.

Glenkindie Arms (Alford)

Currently closed for major refurbishment.

Glentanar Bar (Aberdeen)

The Glentanar Bar and Kitchen has a Lounge Bar with entrance from Justice Mill Lane. The snug Bob's Dram is a whisky bar with a separate entrance on Holburn St.

Globe Inn (Aberdeen)

This convivial open plan pub reverted to private ownership in November 2018 after being run by Belhaven for several years. Three new Angram pumps were installed and now serve beers from a variety of Scottish breweries.

Golden Tee (Aberdeen)

Local sports bar in the heart of Torry with large function room for free hire. Darts played.

Golf View Hotel (Lossiemouth)

Hotel formerly known as Skerry Brae, that used to serve ale.

Gordon Arms (Fochabers)

This former coaching inn at the westerly approach to Fochabers has a snug public bar (Ghillies Bar), accessed from a side lane (West Street) or by walking through the hotel from the front door and past the reception area, adorned by prints of salmon pools of the world famous River Spey.

Gordon Highlander (Inverurie)

A fine Wetherspoon conversion of a splendid art deco building which used to be the Victoria Cinema. The name refers to a locomotive built at the now defunct Inverurie Locomotive Works and there are many references and pictures of this throughout the pub.

Grammar FP (Aberdeen)

The Aberdeen Grammar School Former Pupil's (FP) Club will allow CAMRA members admission provided they show their current membership card. Single lounge bar in large Victorian granite building. Serves up to 3 real ales.

Grampian Bar (Aberdeen)

A locals bar with no real-ale in Torry. Darts played.

Granite City (Airport, Dyce)

In the main landside terminal of Aberdeen Airport, close to the main entrance and before you go airside. It is popular with airport staff, travellers and offshore workers and food can be pre-ordered.

Grant Arms (Cullen)

Small hotel with four letting rooms just off village main square. Small bar in long narrow room with pool table and toilets at the far end. One regular beer sold.

Grant Arms (Fochabers)

Situated on the main street of Fochabers, this large, friendly bar is very popular with locals and attracts a younger clientele at weekends. A seating area at the far end of the bar separates you from the jukebox, darts and pool. This pub serves 1 regular beer.

Hotel in a pretty village, now operating as a B&B and a Cafe.

Grape and Grain (Aberdeen)

A Wine Bar in the West End serving a range of bottles and cans from Scottish micros. It has teamed up with the Reid's Gold brewery in Stonehaven to make their own Lager collaboration.

Grays Inn (Aberdeen)

Large, open-plan lounge with two areas either side of the central bar. Branded as a Flaming Grill pub (part of the Greene King empire), it is an estate bar near the Mastrick shops. Darts played.

Grill (Aberdeen)

With an exquisite interior redesigned in 1926 and remaining largely unchanged since, this is the only pub listed in CAMRA's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors in the area. Guest ales are frequently from breweries such as Fierce, Fyne Ales, Windswept, Orkney.

Grouse Inn (Cabrach)

The Grouse Inn is a part of Speyside Whisky Folklore. Situated in the Lower Cabrach about 8 miles from Dufftown, the Inn is open daily from Easter to 31 October. It has an impressive whisky collection.

Half Garage Brewing (Newmachar)

Paul Allan has a nano brewery in half a garage creating bespoke craft (bottle conditioned?) beers. Not available to general public.

Harbour Bar (Gourdon)

Traditional seafaring decor abounds in this harbourside howff. Sells cask ale from the local Burnside Brewery.

Harbour Lights (Peterhead)

Friendly local sports bar with outside picnic tables.
