Jocks at Morris's Hotel (Oldmeldrum)

Jock’s Bar is a traditional bar in Morris's hotel. Drams, TV and conversation.

Justice Mill (Aberdeen)

Long, narrow, dark Wetherspoon outlet with some raised seating near the bar and booths at both the main entrance and at the rear entrance on Justice Mill Lane, hence the name of the pub.

Keith Brewery (Keith)

NB All beers are now brewed at the Spey Valley Brewery at Mulben.

Kettletoft (Sanday, Orkney)

Kildrummy Inn (Alford)

The Kildrummy Inn is located in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire on the main A97 Donside road heading to Strathdon just a couple of minutes drive from the Mossat junction. The old coaching Inn dates back to the 1850's. Lounge bar and restaurant with 4 letting bedrooms.

Kildrummy Park Castle Hotel (Alford)

The 4-star Kildrummy Park Castle Hotel is a short walk away from Kildrummy Castle. The spectacular venue features 16 contemporary rooms and a high quality restaurant. The bar serves wine and juices as well as nibbles and seafood. 

Kimberley Inn (Findhorn)

This self styled ‘Moray's Seafood Pub’ is situated right on the shore of Findhorn Bay in a charming seaside village with a fine stretch of beach.

Kings Bar (Aberdeen)

A photo on the wall shows the bar counter and gantry have been there years, possibly since the 1930s. It has a mirrored five-bay gantry with two glass-fronted cabinets and a clock on top.

The clubhouse offers a full licenced bar overlooking the 1st hole and a spacious dining room with veranda to take advantage of the sunny days. Catering services are provided all day.

Knockomie Inn (Forres)

Lovely small hotel in secluded leafy surroundings. Spacious restaurant and grill, lounge and function rooms, all tastefully decorated in traditional Scottish style, featuring wood panelling. The cocktail bar is a gem, serving real ale on handpump and a very fine range of malt whiskies.

Knowes Hotel (Macduff,Banff)

Upmarket hotel, restaurant and function suite, good for afternoon tea.

Krakatoa (Aberdeen)

Historic harbour-side Dive Bar, in recent years re-branded as Krakatoa, but which will always be the Moorings to its many regulars. It changes character from friendly laid-back local to raucous rock bar on weekend evenings, when there may be a cover charge after 8.45.

LabRat Brewing (Stonehaven)

Small batch brewer based in Stonehaven (Pete MacKenzie).

Lairhillock (Portlethen)

This former coaching house is a rambling building in attractive open countryside. Family-run Inn has a traditional, wood-paneled bar warmed by a large log fire in winter, and a lounge with a centrally located open fireplace and a large conservatory area, popular for dining.

Langdykes (Aberdeen)

Estate bar in Cove with no real ale. Darts played.

Learney Arms (Torphins)

Recently converted to an Indian restaurant with smallish bar attached. Having undergone a major revamp a few years ago, the only licensed bar in the village open after 5 pm most evenings. Real Ale status is uncertain and a requires a visit to confirm. 

Legends Sports Bar (Aberdeen)

Six pool tables and four dart boards in a modern contemporary setting. No real ale.

Lemon Tree (Aberdeen)

An Arts venue which has occasionally had real ale in the past. Popular on Sunday lunchtimes with their jazz sessions and many and varied music performances can be attended. Play, Pie and a Pint performances. Opening ours will vary depending on arts diary. Keg beer range varies.
